The infamous Bushwacker

The perfect Old Fashioned

 

Bushwacker from Sandshaker 

4 ounces cream of coconut

2 ounces Kahlua (coffee liqueur)

1 ounce rum (black)

1 ounce Creme de Cacao, white

1 ounce Creme de Cacao, black

4 ounces half-and-half

4 ounces vanilla ice cream

2 ounces rum, 151

 

Old Fashioned 

2 oz of Bourbon, chose a brand "in the middle" of the aging process

1 tablespoon of granulated sugar (Demerara)

2 manly dashes of your favorite bitter, we use Angostura bitters

Water

A healthy size orange peel slice, freshly removed

Ice, larger cubes work better
