Episode #128 -Jeremy Carmen Henry & Sebastian O’Malley

As we continue highlighting athletes who will be competing this weekend at our Submission Kumite 1 event, we had the pleasure to chat with both Sebastian O'Malley & Jeremy Carmen Henry about the weekend!  Lots of great topics including becoming a father, which we cover quite often on this show!  I am always interested in the ways that it changes certain people in relation to martial arts.
