I’m Joanne and live on land in Australia. I love our native bushland and its diverse wildlife and plants. I grew up on farms with my parents and 4 siblings, experienced RSA (Ritual Sexual Abuse) at the hands of my parents, extended family and many religious dominations. While we were at church, our father was home cooking a family roast. What came later was petrifying sexual, violent, and sadistic attacks, which included being ordered to strip. To disobey was certain torture; to obey was to leave my body so I could survive through this round of violence and pain knowing there was no escape anywhere...
