Episode 182: The Magic of Turning Inward: Loving All Parts of Yourself With Ann

The way events in the world are happening at the moment is challenging and brings up a lot for so many of us. As we look for comfort in each other, in ourselves and in community, it is also important to look below the surface of our own lives to see where we are fighting against ourselves. The way forward lies in us being willing to see something different in our patterns and learning to connect to ourselves in different ways. By doing this we create a new way of being together, and can let the old fall away in devotion to something greater that is unfolding. 

 

Ann is here with us today. She’s in a place where so many of us are: diving into something new and purposeful, yet there are parts of us that we want to wish away. We think they’re wild and untamed, showing up when we really don’t want them to. Yet these parts we try to hide are actually the most incredible parts of us, and have so much wisdom to share. They can help us step into a bigger purpose.

 

In this conversation, we discuss how to find comfort in ourselves and each other, our willingness to explore below the surface, and the importance of pausing and allowing ourselves to be fully present with everything that is happening, in devotion to finding our path forward.
