For SS23, we have invited industry leaders and creatives to discuss a wide range of topics and issues within the fashion industry, from sustainability, diversity, to the importance of supporting emerging talent.

In this talk moderated by Moussa Mchangama, Co-founder of In futurum, the panel discusses how a structural perspective on diversity leads to work centered on equity, on rethinking status quo and on providing access in a much more direct way.
