Mick Garris, director of The Stand, stops by to celebrate and discuss the 30th anniversary of the greatest miniseries of all time. The Stand, released on May 8, 1994, is based on Stephen King's masterpiece and book of the same name. The Stand includes a cast of more than 125 speaking roles and features Gary Sinise, Miguel Ferrer, Rob Lowe, Ossie Davis, Ruby Dee, Jamey Sheridan, Laura San Giacomo, Molly Ringwald, Corin Nemec, Adam Storke, Ray Walston, Ed Harris, and Matt Frewer. The miniseries was shot in several locations and on 225 sets.
