Emily is the co-founder of Say Space, a Diversity Equity & Inclusion consultancy working with companies to create equity from the inside out. She also has her own private coaching practice, where she supports folks in defining tangible actions that support their dreams, help them navigate transitions, and align with their intuitive leadership style. Her natural state of being is curious, empathetic, and a connector of people and ideas. She loves puzzles, writing, music, being in nature, and traveling around the country in her van with her fiance, Charlie. Emily dreams of living in complete harmony with the earth, of being a good ancestor, and of redefining what it means to be "in business". She has worked for some of the largest Fortune 500 Companies in the world, leading, strategizing, producing & project managing everything from Global Advertising Campaigns to Executive Leadership Retreats. She is here to constantly learn and be of service.
