The Whovian Review #291- The Story and the Engine

We dive into this tale of the Doctor dropping in at a local barber's shop in Nigeria. Being forced into the chair to tell stories, the Doctor doesn't realize he is generating fuel for the barbershop which exists in an alternate plane of existence, and needs stories in order to generate movement.
