This month we feature one of Edgar Allen Poe's classics, "The Fall of the House of Usher" starring Norman Cline as Roderick Usher, Doug Fain as the long time friend and David Damron as the announcer and the physician. It originally aired on October 22, 1947 as part of the Escape radio program. This performance is by the KCAL Old Time Radio Troupe, an arm of the Creative Art League of Jessamine County, which performs live reproductions of old time radio shows in downtown Nicholasville, Kentucky four times a year (the next being April 21-23, 2017 at which a romantic comedy will be performed - call 859-885-5363 for tickets). This is the fifth episode performed for and aired on Jessamine County radio station WNJK, 105.9 FM on Sunday, February 26, 2017.
