“Anyone who isn't embarrassed by who they were last year probably isn't learning enough.” Alain De Botton
Discussing my key learnings from The School Of Life by Swiss-born British Philosopher Alain De Botton. This book is full of knowledge and will provide you a real emotional education. As good as the book was it was slightly difficult to read, as with most philosophy. In the podcast, I discuss my favourite parts including lessons on; relationships, self, psychotherapy, affairs, inner child work, kindness, and being as vulnerable as a dog.
