Does Pete Rose, the man with the most hits in MLB history, deserve to be in the MLB Hall of Fame? If you only look at the man's achievements on the field as a player, it's a no-brainer. However, "Charlie Hustle" is NOT in the Hall as he was banished from the league he loved on August 21, 1989 after being found to have bet on baseball throughout his playing and managing career.
