A biking accident left our next guest paralyzed from the waist down. However, instead of succumbing to despair, she made a bold decision while in the hospital – to become a paratriathlete. Just eight months after her injury, she completed her first paratriathlon, showcasing adaptability, resilience, and peak performance.
Leanne's story extends beyond sports; it's a journey through mental health challenges, finding hope, and building a fulfilling life. She champions body image and self-love, inspiring others to embrace their uniqueness. Leanne is also a staunch advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace, promoting equal opportunities for all. And she has a unique approach to how employers and employees together can make accommodations in the workplace.
Stay tuned.
