The US Plans ”Insurgency ” for Ukraine

Terrorism as a tactic used by the US to destabilize a country, now being planned/used in Ukraine. 
Plus, the absolute insanity of "reporting" that the Russians are bombing their own troops in a nuclear power plant in Russian-controlled territory, as if that makes sense.
