Jessica Rowe from the Greater Des Moines Public Art Foundation shares an amazing story of preserving the legacy of twelve African-American lawyers who in 1925 founded the National Bar Association in Des Moines. You didn't know did you? On Thursday, November 3rd there will be a ground-breaking for the public art project by Kerry James Marshall.
