Wayne has been retired for a few years but is still quite active with the Amphenol community, especially with his role on the Amphenol Frontline team over the last year. We talk about his work history, both with Amphenol and Teradyne. We talk about the fears he had when Amphenol acquired Teradyne and how those fears quickly vanished. We talk about his favorite part of the job -- customer interactions -- and why they were so crucial to him and the business's success. And we discuss his desert island music, book, and movie.
