Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as “tapping,” is a method that some people have found helpful in managing their emotions. During EFT, individuals tap certain points on their body – similar to the points used during acupuncture.

Tracy goes into great detail about the benefits of EFT while also sharing her story about how a star student and ambitious attorney struggled with burnout and became an EFT practitioner with a passion for helping others.
EFT is a self-healing technique and has been clinically proven to help anxiety and PTSD. It is safe and doesn’t require any type of tool other than your fingers to perform the tapping motion.
