South32 Full Year Result 25 Aug 16: S32 posts full year loss, but pays a maiden dividend

South32 Limited (S32) reported underlying earnings of US$138 million, better than the market had expected. But it posted a statutory loss of US$1.6 billion for the 2016 financial year.
