Love from the inside out

 

Instead of trying to push someone down because they did something to you, we need to pull others up, so they can see our point of view.

 

Loving the source:

Before we can start to go out and love externally, loving people we don’t know, we need to begin to love ourselves the way we are.

 

And even before we love ourselves externally, we have to love the inner self first. Going a step further, on the inside of our inner being lies the source of life and love in it’s fullness. This is where the line starts.

 

Start to love love itself. Because this is all it is, it has been loving you from the beginning of time itself.

 

After this, love who love is shaping you to be. This is where you will start to see the beauty of the real you. (Not the you you want others to see)

 

Next you can start the outside you. Take care of your body that houses the inner you.

 

Confidence and loving yourself will allow you to share the light that you have with others, the people you know and don’t know.

 

This type of love process allows for you to pull others up when they don’t deserve it.

 

So you have to begin to love from the inside out.
