Creating Joy Through Faith, Stories & Song with Karyn Lynn Grant...

Ep #259 - This week on the podcast, I'm joined by Karyn Lynn Grant, the creator of the Joy Coaching System as well as a faith-based singer and song writer. The Joy Coaching System is a training program to help women of all denominations become faith-based relaxation therapists, aka "Joy Coaches."

As part of her work, Karyn has presided over more than 25,000 hours of one-on-one sessions helping men, women and children to heal from situations of deep grief or heartbreak. By tapping into her own personal experiences with divorce, annulment, a blended family and more, she finds guidance for these sessions and inspirations towards her music, writings and podcast. 

Karyn and her husband Del have a beautiful blended family of 13 children and 49 grandchildren, presently residing in Pleasant Grove, Utah.

In today's interview, we discuss how Karyn's faith serves as a driver for her professional life, music career, podcast and relationships within her large family.
