***Disclaimer there is an echo in this episode.  We were in a time crunch and for some reason our settings changed and what works the week before doesn't work the next week.  We can normally figure it out and record but we were limited on time to record so we had to decide do we skip this week or record with an echo... we decided to give you an episode!  Totally understand if you want to skip this week but you'll miss out on some good discussions.  Once again sorry for the echo and enjoy***
