Being aware of the love in the world has really helped me personally <3
I remember when I first started getting into metaphysical work, how amazing it was to hear others were coping with their mental health just like me, through wellness / spirituality practices & it so resonated with me. When I did my first "love" spell, I had no idea what I was doing! As I got to practicing, I realized the real love spell, is the "spell" for your own self love. I'll have to talk about this in a future podcast :)
Tapping into my own self love, opened up new doors and opportunities for me! When I learned to tap into my own self love, I became a better lover, caregiver, and empathetic person. As I discussed in my last blog, opening up my perception through ceremony has been a huge part of my wellness integration.
During a recent ceremony that really stood out to me, I felt my thoughts shift between "positive" and "negative". It's took a lot of practice, but I have learned not to place judgment on myself, others, or my thoughts, because my anxious, worrying thoughts don't fully encompass the warm, caring, empathetic goddess I am. It's an everyday practice of self love and self compassion, but I am so grateful to have this level of self awareness.
It makes me so happy that even on a "rough day", I can still put a smile on someone's face. When I encounter kind, warm, sincere people, I am reminded that there are good people and love in the world.
