With compassion at the heart of a transformed life, Jesus calls us not only to bless Israel as part of God’s redemptive plan, but to bless all people—because in Christ, everyone is our neighbor. We are sent out to show mercy, embody the love of Jesus, and be ambassadors of His kingdom, wherever we are. The question is no longer “Who is my neighbor?”- it’s “How am I living as a neighbor like Jesus?” Ask yourself, where is God inviting you to extend mercy today? Are you living as an ambassador of His kingdom to all people? What prejudices or fears need to be surrendered so you can love like Jesus?
