Ingrid Moats Is CEO and Founder of Tampa Bay Test Prep she is a brilliant mathematician with a bright and bubbly personality. She has a degree from UC Berkeley in Mathematics, and a Masters in Education from Holy Names University. She received a perfect score 800 on her GRE Math.  She is a credentialed teacher in California and Florida. She has over 17  years of teaching, tutoring and helping with test preparation.
