This week, Robert and Jazmin interviewed Chris Hartman, the Director of Kentucky Fairness. It's been two years since we last checked in with him, and a lot has changed in the fight for LGBTQ equality and liberation in Kentucky over that time! He talked to us about what Fairness is doing now, and talked a little about how things have changed over the past 12 years.
In the earlier part of the show, Robert analyzes BR 60 and 69, bill requests that seek to eliminate the teaching of Critical Race Theory in Kentucky and how that national movement has made it's way to Kentucky. Jazmin tells us about two lawsuits Daniel Cameron is involved in, including suing the EPA and trying to mandate fees for people who want their felonies expunged. Finally, we have a COVID update and some quick hits.
