Junie decided she’d bring her diversity of knowledge and lived experience by breaking into tech with no tech background to bridge the gap between product and people. Propel Innovations is on a mission to partner with companies to engage with the multi-faceted nature of their audience and in doing so, build greater business.
In the next 5 years, Propel Innovations wants to remove biases in the design and development of tech.
She is so inspiring and her passion for creating change in the world with her own skillsets. I mean, when Junie's not working in Propel Innovations, she's is out training for her next Ironman70.3 - I told y'all she really does it all! This ep really got me thinking about how I can make more of an impact on the world and what small steps I can take.
