Arunachaleshwara Ashtothram

Arunachaleshwarar is the form of Shiva, who manifested as a pillar of fire. This form is worshipped in the Arunachaleshwarar temple in Thiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu. This temple is one of the Pancha Bhootha (5 elements) Sthalams and is associated with the Fire element. This Ashtothram is a hymn that describes the 108 names of Shiva. Chanting it brings many benefits like the attainment of Moksha, wealth, removal of poverty and debts, relief from planetary afflictions, and a happy married life.
