Tony Ricci is the Owner of Tony’s Steakhouse with locations in Cincinnati, Lexington, and Indianapolis. Tony illustrates his path to success and how he overcame being fired after 22 long years of dedication with the same company. Tony was born in Italy and came to the US as a young child. He recalls his efforts with American sports and how his athletic background helped him fit in.
