The EU is stepping up its efforts to tackle the Ebola virus. EU Foreign Ministers met in Luxembourg yesterday where they agreed on a series of measures to counter the spread of the virus. The Irish Foreign Affairs Minister Charlie Flanagan says that, although there will be no direct screening of people entering Ireland, screening is underway in other EU countries.
