Kaylebe from Episode 109 and 119 checks back in and still has a lot of trouble sleeping. He has tried an agressive form of insomnia treatment called wake therapy without success. He wonders how he can get that sleep drive, that hunger for sleep back. It is not easy to recover that sleep drive but properly executed wake therapy, or good old bedtime restriction could both really help.
