Chapter 206 - Farm Aid

The party ventures up into the mountains between Collesque and Ferrum Mons.  There they encounter farmers that have been broken by the phylactery fogs.  They give them aid and then continue to the abandoned tinker's town.  Is this the location for the next phylactery?
