We proudly claim Canada is a democracy with citizens as the foundation. It is citizens that have a vote and can demand their voice be heard. As Canadian citizens, do we practice all our democratic responsibilities? Do we insist democracy be maintained by enforcing laws and demanding public policies be re-shaped so that all have equal opportunities?
