With a room full of debate trophies, 16 published books and a thriving multi-generational family farm, Salatin can clearly explain how to manage cattle, so that they can solve some of today's most pressing ecological concerns. He is world-renowned for using livestock to rebuild the land and soil. He applies chemical free farming methods and shows how animal husbandry is one of the answers to a greener, cleaner, healthier world for all.
