Started in 2016 as a 23-year old, Lillian has grown her business to 25+ team members and $7 million+ in annual revenue. Lillian has been honored as a member of the Pittsburgh 30 Under 30, a Tory Burch Foundation Fellow, a Travel & Leisure A-List Travel Planner, and a Top Woman in Hospitality.

 

Throughout this episode, we talk about the misconceptions of starting a business and what it was like for her as a 23 year old entrepreneur. A majority of the aspects that go along with starting your own business are much easier said than done, but like most entrepreneurs, Lillian says that there's nothing she'd rather be doing.
