Tim brings us some of his delicious beers including Lush! an English Stout that won Best In Show at the 2022 NEBCO brewing competition.

We discuss Tim's series of Grateful Dead themed beers and his simple, but eye popping can art designs. Tim, who is a professional chef with a bachelor's degree from Johnson & Whales University describes brewing beer as a mashup of baking and cooking.
