This week our guest is Tim Pratt from Highland Homebrews!
Tim brings us some of his delicious beers including Lush! an English Stout that won Best In Show at the 2022 NEBCO brewing competition.
We discuss Tim's series of Grateful Dead themed beers and his simple, but eye popping can art designs. Tim, who is a professional chef with a bachelor's degree from Johnson & Whales University describes brewing beer as a mashup of baking and cooking. We ask Tim about competing in Home Brew Competitions. How competitive do they get? Who are some of his favorite fellow competitors. Tim is an avid golfer so; we discuss which is the best golf movie between Caddyshack and Happy Gilmore. We discuss some of Tim's recipes and ask what he would make out of a mystery box on Chopped. We get Tim's thoughts on Hype Beers, Pumpkin beers and more. Plus, we discuss what happened when Jonny got peed on at the Judas Priest concert. A fun talk with Tim Pratt with some great, delicious beers. Follow Tim Pratt on Instagram @highland_hombrew
