My instagram caption inspired this talk on self love. I'm sick of hearing a watered down version of the self love talk. It's not about face masks and bath bombs!! This new conversation about self love where you fail and give up and then forgive yourself is not for me... you allowing yourself to make excuses your whole life will slowly but surely make you old, overweight and broke (and more importantly - NOT where you want to be). Self love is about making sacrifices and doing the work... I won't get to into it here because this episode of A Liv Teixeira Production basically sums it up perfectly!
