Use it or lose it

 two days in a row! I expect this is going to get harder and harder as time goes on, but it's another great growing opportunity for Catalyst RVA marketing agency and me personally as well... so today I'm digging into some thoughts about hiring and what I'm looking for and why. In the process of scaling my agency, I know I'm going to need to add a few members to the party so to speak – and that means I have to get organized and gear up so that we can all work efficiently and not turn into a clownworld fuckin circus.

Today was the day we started that organizational process... Also, I put some lazer beams on my gun for BB Wars.
