It is time for me to open up and share what all has been going on behind the scenes the last few months. I have shared a lot of my journey with you all but also been hiding some of what I have been really going through.

This episode was not easy for me to record, and to be honest, I still held back some, but most importantly I share the power of AWARENESS. Throughout my self development, investing in coaches and events, I have become more aware of how I am truly feeling inside.
