Trent Cotchin is a legend of the Richmond Football Club. He is a 3 x Premiership Captain, Brownlow Medalist, All Australian, 3 x Jack Dyer Medalist, one of the most revered captains of all time and played 306 games for the Tigers. Trent reflected on some of the key elements of his career but we got to learn a lot more about the man behind the famous number 9 guernsey and hear some untold stories.

Cotch went deep on some of his darkest days of his life that nearly lead to a premature end to his footy career. But, he shared the powerful moments of turning his toughest moments into becoming a better leader that eventually lead to the history that unfolded shortly after.
