“Stand Tall with Dave Brown” An Oregon high school girls tennis coach resigned this week in protest of transgender student-athletes being allowed to compete with cisgendered players. Dave Brown, who managed Canby High School’s varsity team, asserted he would no longer support biologically male students competing with biologically female athletes. Riley Gaines, a former University of Kentucky swimmer who has since become a women's sports advocate, cheered Brown’s decision.
