Studies show that stress is up the roof during the holiday season. For a lot of people it triggers them to have to get together with family, be expected to show up to many events, to spend money they may not have and so much more. But the holidays don’t have to carry so much stress and it’s extremely important for our health that we learn how to navigate this season to reduce stress and actually enjoy this fun time with our friends and family. In today’s episode I am sharing some tips and thoughts on how to address the causes of your stress and change how you go about the holiday season.
