Dave Ledbetter of Nimarco’s Pizza discusses the impact of minimum wage increase, the trouble with raising prices, challenges of inflation from menu pricing to getting replacement supplies. Dave also talks with Jeff how supply chain disruptions has changed how and what he has to stock and the need to substitute products due to the inability of getting what used to be normal items.
