AM Report 7 Sep 18: Tech stocks under most pressure for second day

The US sharemarket finished mixed for a second day as concerns of additional regulation weighed on technology stocks most. The Dow Jones edged higher thanks to gains from plane maker Boeing. SPI pointing to a slightly lower start on the ASX Friday and follows six straight days of losses on the local market.
