Monitoring harmful fumes – from a lighthouse

Prof. Ray Ellul and his team are monitoring pollution from ships. They are based in the historical Giordan Lighthouse on the island of Gozo, which bears the brunt on international shipping. This year new fuel regulations enter into force – but what remains to be done to curb emissions? Prof. Ellul tells all about it to ReThink's co-hosts, Chris and Daiva.
