David Kitchen | Committing To Each Opportunity With Relentless Work Ethic

On this week's episode of Next Level Minds I had the opportunity to sit down with David Kitchen, he the founder of Edge Leadership Academy. Prior to Edge, he spent 10 years as a collegiate strength & conditioning coach including being the youngest Head Strength Coach in all of NCAA at 24 years old. During the height of the pandemic, he walked away from a contract extension to launch Edge and pursue my PhD in Psychology. Since then, he has run workshops, and consulted for over 35 NCAA teams including the University of Miami Football. He also had the opportunity to deliver keynotes and coaching to 100+ Coaches, Administration, and C-Suite executives across a variety of industries. 

We discuss his background, the sacrifices he had to make, failures he had early on, and so much more.
