Wake Up TriCounties RaeAnn Tucker Public Health Week

It's Public Health Week and the Henry and Stark County Health Department is highlighting what makes up Public Health, the various departments that provide services to the community, and how those departments are responsive and responsible for areas of everyday health in our community. RaeAnn Tucker from the Health Department joined Wake Up Tri-Counties on Thursday to talk about Public Health Week and to go over the latest COVID-19 numbers which continue to be low though COVID-19 remains a going concern. With that in mind, a second booster shot is now being offered for people 55 and old or those with health conditions that make them vulnerable to COVID-19. Wednesday's at the Health Department those seeking a second booster, more than 4 months passed since the first booster, can walk in and get the booster shot without an appointment at the Health Department office in Kewanee.
