The Healer of Souls (Mark 1:35-2:12)

In a by-gone era, the one-man band was a thing. A guy with a huge drum on his back, with cymbals and horns, and usually holding a guitar or an accordion, would play all of the instruments at once. Of course, it was a spectacle. Jesus was not a spectacle; He was a One-Man hospital, but His real intention was to preach. He healed men’s bodies, but His goal was to be The Healer of Souls.
