Clemens Ley has been building practical smart contract systems for Bitcoin and Litecoin since 2018. He’s the inventor and founder of the Litecoin Computer — a Turing complete smart contract system for Litecoin. He’s a computer scientist and holds a PhD in database theory from Oxford University.
