"I find everything about Autism amazing. It's like undoing a little puzzle piece,  finding these connections..... and once you get the communication and they come to you with a symbol or something like that, it's just amazing. I just love my job ". As part of this year's Inspirational Women of Portsmouth Awards, we took the opportunity to hear from some of the women nominated for being inspirational. In this episode Gemma Hinks talks to Shamila Shirima about why her father is her inspirational role model, what motivates her in her  and the privilege of being able to volunteer in different ways through out lockdown.
