Clocks may be going back for final time – Kelly

Tonight we will gain an hour as we turn our clocks back. But this may be the last time we will adjust our clocks for daylight saving. 

The Fine Gael MEP Sean Kelly says EU moves to stop the twice-yearly clock change may finally put an end to the hour going backwards in the autumn.
